STRAAM approach
STRAAM performed instrumented load testing in 2019 and tested two spans on May 4, 2021 using a 3,502 lb vehicle, strain, and acceleration measurements.
Result
The tests documented how the garage and ramp spans responded. Those observations supported engineering review of cracking and how loads moved through the structure.
