Challenge
The project required comparison of Grandview 2’s response over time and monitoring of garage strain during adjacent work.
STRAAM approach
STRAAM assessed the condominium in 2020 and April 2024 and monitored garage strain from a November 2022 installation through July 2025.
Result
Repeated evaluations recorded small changes in the building’s response over time, and garage monitoring highlighted locations for continued observation.
