How STRAAM handles your information.

If you use the inquiry form, STRAAM receives the details you provide to assess the request and respond. The site sends those details to a fixed internal recipient through its email provider, using your email address as Reply-To. The form does not accept arbitrary recipients or attachments.

We manage published website content through Contentful. Draft content is protected and not intended for public access.

To investigate delivery and service failures, the application may record limited operational data such as a correlation ID, provider message ID, event type, and timestamp. It does not log inquiry message bodies, email addresses, or sensitive structural details.

We use inquiry details to respond to requests and maintain necessary business records. We keep them only for as long as needed for those purposes and to meet applicable legal obligations. Please do not send confidential engineering records through this form. Contact STRAAM directly to ask about access, correction, or deletion of an inquiry.

This site includes a Wistia video player that loads only after you choose to play it. When it loads, Wistia may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Wistia handles that information under its own privacy policy.

The production site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and page views without analytics cookies, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure real-user performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals. These services run independently of Google Analytics. The site removes query strings and fragments from page URLs before sending Web Analytics data to Vercel, excludes non-public routes, and does not send contact form contents.

If you allow analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 and records sanitized page paths and successful inquiry events. It does not send contact fields, inquiry references, query strings, fragments, or referrer text. Google advertising signals and personalized advertising are disabled. You can decline analytics before it loads, or withdraw consent through the consent banner on a later visit. Withdrawal prevents future analytics storage and removes analytics cookies where the browser permits it.
