STRAAM approach
STRAAM prepared baseline reports for four properties and continuous monitoring records for two: 251 North Avenue and 5 Anderson Street. The records keep the other buildings’ baseline-only scope separate.
Result
The project covered four buildings: two received monitoring during construction, while the other two received baseline evaluations.
