Alan Travelled to Christchurch New Zealand

After the investiture in Sydney, Alan travelled to Christchurch New Zealand and held discussions with several companies and with people managing the rebuild process in the city. He also gave a lecture at the Trimble offices, and negotiated an arrangement by which baseline measurements on buildings can be made simply, so that in the event of further earthquake activity a building can be assessed by measurement so that the integrity of the structure can be evaluated quickly.
